Data Recovery (Level 1)
A technician will recover files from a failing system as long as
the hard drive is still functioning properly so that you may carry
data over to a different system. Data will be burned to a single
DVD or stored to an external drive provided by yourself. If your
data will not fit onto a single DVD, additional DVDs will be
provided at a cost of $6.99 per disk. Recovery costs are
non-refundable.
